Great experience by a old family ran business. Need help with a lock or hard to duplicate keys, then this is the place to be!!
A few months back we had a set of keys made for some locks at an apartment complex by ACE Lock and Key. Some of the keys we discovered recently did not work. We went there not looking for a refund but just looking to have the keys that did work copied again. The lady there refused to make new copies because she said we needed paper work that said we bought the first group of copies from them. The thing of it is she is the one that made is the keys a few months back in the first place and at the time she didn't give us any paper work. I said to her just make copies of these keys she would not do it.
