This review is SUPER late, but I remembered eventually and that's all that matters.
Professional! Dave was a professional from the start. He explained options on the phone, and then worked to coordinate so we could meet at his shop. Where he programmed a remote key fob for me. He did his diligence in explaining the risks of using my 'purchased online' remote fob. It is important to note that Dave never 'talked down' to me as others have for not making the expensive purchase directly from them. Dave then simply programmed my remote key fob, tested it and sent me on my way. I'll be using the 'Lock Guys' again!

Dave is exceptional! My girlfriend and I had to go through a tough situation regarding a stolen car and no key. He got to us quickly, within 15 minutes of reaching out to him. He came to us, got the key made, and during that time gave us great customer service that helped put us at ease. We were especially grateful since he was also more fairly priced than rick's lock and key (by over 50%) and the ONLY locksmith in the area that was equipped to make the particular key fob we needed on the same day. The car dealership couldn't even do that. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Excellent service.
I locked my keys in my car at office. Called lock guy he was there in 15 minutes. Very professional, very nice, very neatly dressed and his van and equipment was very clean and organized. Not only did he unlock door quickly, he did it without wedging my door open and digging around with a pole. Best part was he made me a spare. I was told by local locksmiths that the type of key I have would cost me hundreds of dollars to duplicate. Dave made one one the spot for $65, with the transponder in it.
Dave is very knowledgeable and persistent in his work... Unlike Rick's Lock & Key, The Lock Guys don't give up so easily... AND, if they can't do the job promised, there is NO charge; unlike Rick's who charged me for cutting a key I couldn't use when they couldn't get the transponder to respond... Dave didn't think of some BS excuse but responded.that he hasn't "tapped out" on a key yet and this was NOT going to be his first - and it wasn't... The Lock Guys will always be my first (only) call for keys from this day forward... Save your money - don't call Rick's, call The Lock Guys...
