Excellent Pizza. Most staff are friendly with one or two exceptions, These seem to always be in a hurry and do not know what the wording is on the menu board. My wife and I asked for a regular salad and were repeatedly asked if we wanted a small or large. We said a regular because the was what was on the board. Again we were asked "Small or Large". when we pointed out the the board said Regular or Family, the staff person grunted and said "you want a small". We ordered a Thin Crust that was great. Food is wonderful if you can get around some of the issues with staff. Would still go back and eat again.
Open more locations please! I encourage you to look past any odd negative reviews as I have had 5 star service all of the roughly 50 times I've eaten here. All of the ingredients are unique and fresh.
Have had many problems over the last year or so. Ordered a pizza today took about 1.5 hours. Manager response “it’s football season you should expect that”. Pizza arrived cold and nasty, driver response was that they only had two drivers. Me to Manager: It’s football season you should expect that, and properly staff your store!! Think I’m done after many many problems and multiple management changes. Most unimproved newer restaurant I’ve ever experienced.
1st time going here. Great pizza and the service and attitudes of the staff were so great! Definitely will go back!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible customer service!! Purchased $50 worth of gift certificates just to find out if you don't get a magnifying glass out to read the fine print they are junk and a waste of money. Does anywhere else not let you use a gift certificate on sale items!?! It like purchasing(not getting free) a Wal-Mart gift certificate and them saying cannot be used on sale items! Ridicules and will not be back! This has happened twice and twice they said they would have someone from customer relations get back with me and 2 weeks later still nothing.
