Fun place to hang out with your friends for a game or just drinks. The price was good. the corner end table is super cool. The second floor deck looked really relaxing. Didn't have a chance to try the food. I just stopped by real quick for a few drink, but I really like this place so far.
I really enjoy the Pickle Barrel, but you have to know what you're getting into. It's the closest thing Chattanooga has to a good dive bar. And, it functions well as a lunch downtown quite well, too. As long as you smoke or don't mind smoke. On my most recent visit, I had a better-than-adequate sandwich and chips for lunch, watched Die Hard With A Vengence, and was afforded some delightful conversation. You don't get all of that most places. It remains one of my favorite spots in town.
I always get the Reuben. I eat Rueben’s almost everywhere I go and honestly I think they have one of the best I’ve ever had. Their house chips are also pretty good.
This is a smoking bar. Lots of iPas on the menu. Did not order any food so I can't comment on that. This place has such awesome potential. It's I. A cool shaped building reminding me of Boston. It's got a great name. The regulars aren't to friendly. When we were coming out the comment was" who the f are they?" So be prepared for smoking and the regulars to know you are not from there
If we’re in downtown Chattanooga this place is a must. I’m not a smoker so if the smoking is heavy it can be a little overwhelming with the terrible smell but it’s part of what they offer.
It's a smoking establishment but it doesn't reek of it. The foods is great as far as bar food goes, I liked their home made sauerkraut, and the Chili gets good reviews too. It looks like a really neat location, I was working at TVA so it was convenient too.
The best part about this place is the interior, balcony and in general, location. It’s truly unique being it’s in the corner of a building. Not too many triangle shaped restaurants around if any other then this one.
