DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT SHOW UP!!
They did not show up to their scheduled appointment. They did call us a couple days ago to confirm the appointment, and we have a confirmation email. We tried to call the local Chattanooga office and the regional office. No one at the local office answered; the regional office answered and said they would get back to us. They did not get back to us and there was no answer when we called back. My items were in a POD that is being picked up tomorrow, so I had to get everything out today. So my husband and I had to move all our belongings ourselves (we're in a new town and we don't know anyone). We are exhausted from moving our belongings all day (started at 8am, and just finishing now at 7:20pm). INFURIATING!!
