However, we will never use them again. First time we used them, I went to pick up the truck and the location manager made me purchase the Liability and Damage insurance even though I told her I already had coverage on my car insurance Liability Ins. for moving truck. $150 later in insurance fees we had our truck to move. STAY AWAY!!
They sent me an email confirmation the day before my scheduled pick up. I showed up 20 minutes after my reservation and not only did they not have the truck I reserved, they didn't have any trucks available. He knew my truck wasn't available and never even bothered to call me. He told me there were none in the area, but when I talked to customer service o was told there was no way he could know that. Rude, unprofessional, and a sketchy "office." Worst truck rental experience ever.

I booked a truck to be picked up at this location over two weeks ago, Today was my pickup date. I just called today to say I am headed their to pick up the truck and they say they do not have one available. We have used them twice because their price was cheaper than Uhaul.
