We recently had ESI and Brent Warner inspect a house we were in the process of buying. Brent did a thorough and complete inspection of the home, including all appliances, systems, plumbing, electrical, roof and chimneys. He assembled a list of items that needed immediate action and others which need addressed in the near future. This has given my wife and I piece of mind in the home buying process. This is my fifth real estate purchase and ESI is BY FAR the best home inspection service I have ever used.
It was super easy to schedule an appointment online and he provided quick results. He was very professional to work with. I definitely recommend this business if looking for a home inspection.
I wouldn't use this company if they gave their services away for free! I recently had this company inspect a house I have for sale and it was by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever for myself and the buyer. I have dealt with numerous home inspectors after selling over NUMEROUS properties in the surrounding and this is hands down the most unprofessional person I have come across. As a home inspector you are supposed to speak the facts and be an unbiased professional source of information. However, the inspector representing this company decided to make himself more present than the situation by using unnecessary terminology and putting personal opinion ahead of facts. The fact that this particular person took it upon themself to make these comments makes me question their professional interest....I would recommend staying away from company's that have employees interjecting their "two cents" instead of promoting the company.......I will be considering filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal counsel........
Inspectors are too fat to gain access to crawl spaces.
Brent Warner is amazing and I could not recommend him enough. He inspected our home a year ago and helped us understand everything is a very professional but simple way. He also gave us some great tips and helped us to know what home projects should be a priority and what could wait. THEN to top it off just last week we had a leak and the plumbing company wouldn't fix until mold in crawl space was remediated by a company they contracted with.
