Just know if you rent from them you will not get your security deposit back. They will not answer the phone or call you back...ever. Loved the house we rented and would have been a great experience if we didn't have to deal with such a poorly ran property management company.
This is a very professional property managment company.
Do NOT, I say again, DO NOT talk to this company. They owe me $700 from a previous property and not to mention they still haven't fixed my cars from a tree hitting them. They closed their doors, will not answer the phone, or the letters from my attorney. This company will take your money, never fix anything, and then tell you that you are the problem. They allow the owners of the properties to harass you and make your life harder. Not to mention cuss you out and threaten you via Email. This is a very bad company.
