Very rude and disrespectful. I've tried for several days trying to get information on a house I wanted to buy. I have good credit and half what the house cost as a down payment. After several attempts of trying to get in touch with someone. The manager was extremely rude and said," what do you want me to do about it." and hung up on me. I would not use him to sell your house or purchase one. I refuse to buy that house now because of him. I have a lot more to say, but not enough room.
