Everything is fluid, every step of the way - from staging your home to sell, looking at houses to buy, how to handle/make offers, all the way to the paperwork, closing, and all the forms you have to sign - they have a professional for each step; making you always feel that you are talking with someone who is truly a pro in their field or department.
After having our property listed with a different agent for nearly 10 months we were referred to Jim Lea through by a friend. The decision to work with Jim was the BEST decision we made. Jim relisted our property and generated more than four times the amount of showings in the first three days than the previous company generated in nearly 10 months. Within 7 days we had an offer for full asking price. Jim and his team have a great process in place. We give Jim and his team five out of five stars.
Jim also really cares about what is fair. He won't push you to make a sale, and he will respectfully share his professional opinion/concern if you are considering buying in a neighborhood that may not be ideal. When all is said and done, you will want to (almost feel the 'need' to) recommend Jim and his team to your friends and family. I rate the Lea Team an A+ on all fronts.
My house was listed for 16+ months with Jim Lea. The house finally sold after multiple failed contracts and price adjustments. I believe Jim to be very knowledgeable, unfortunatly I did not have a positive experience. Jim and his team were responsive and provided assistance when needed. However, I found Jim to be arrogant and never really felt that he was on my side. I do not recommend Jim Lea.
The Lea Team has helped me buy and sell two homes. The process was wonderful both times. My favorite aspect of the team, outside of selling my home quickly, was their communication. Everyone on the team always responded to my questions promptly and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
