First off, do not pay any attention to the negative review on here by the overly dramatic Jasmine. Her review is not at all what I experienced with Lindsey or the other brief encounters at her office. Lindsey is excellent in communication, local knowledge of the area and finding the property that meet my very defined needs. She is comfortable with technology so taking care of contracts from 900 miles away was a snap. I was an out of town buyer and I found her through reviews here on google and was not disappointed. She is a local with deep roots in this great town. I hope to use her again and would recommend 100%.
We hired Lindsey and her team to sell our property in the Redbank Chattanooga area and she did a great job. The house was listed on a Friday and by the end of the weekend we had multiple offers and some even above asking price. The whole process went very smooth and she made the selling experience very easy on our end. We would be happy to refer her to our family and friends for any future Real Estate transactions.
