Other Tennant's are great. Land Lord hates kids and tries to dictate what you can do in your own home.

We love living in Cedar Creek Mobile Home. It is close to all the conveniences of the mall but far enough to be quiet and homey. Each space has a little yard, and a concrete pad for parking. The lots are spaced nicely where you don't feel like you're on top of one another. The rent is affordable too! We have moved in in November and have had a wonderful time since. I would definitely recommend this park over the others in the area.
By far one of the worst place to live the manager Dolores Kelly is really rude and unfair to everything. Her "contract or lease" is full of bs and lies and once you break the rules no where on the contract or letters she says she send says you have to remove the home from the park. Its lies and drama from her all the time far from being rude and unprofessional.!!
