One of the best places I've bin living in a while the Maniger such a nice person that cares about her tenants she goes above and beyond what she is expected to do she maintaines the trailer park in tip top shape give or take that there are some problems that a cure that are beyond her to fix but she tries to do as much as she can and the neighbors are kind that they make no problems for no body all in all I like living here

Absolutely horrible! Let the general manager know in plenty time that I would be leaving in my site at the end of April 2014. The site was left clean with no trash. The manager indicated that he would be returning my deposit plus some excess rent that I had paid. This is now the end of September 2014, and no check even though I call him every week. Terrible company with which to do business.
New owners here as of June 2015. Finally fixing all the things that needed to be done for a long time - upgrading the sewer lines, landscaping, enforcing rules so people's homes are much cleaner now. Much better now!
