I'd rate H.S.A.T. negative stars, if I could. That place was hell when I went there, 20 years ago. The teachers and students in general were one in the same: terrible. And with the location neighboring the projects (at the time), you were asking for nothing but trouble. I was so glad when I moved away from that ghetto area to be transferred to a better school.
