This vet has no clue what she is doing. I paid $300 for her medicine and her blood test and I was given a time I would get a call about my dog's blood test results. She was a few hours late getting our test results back to us so I called and she said she only had half of the results (but didn't call and tell me there were any back yet) so I waited a few more hours for her to call back, she never did. I tried to call back but they were closed (she never told me she was closing soon and that she wouldn't be calling back). I drove down to the vet and they were both there and had no answers for me at this point so they offered to email it to me sometime the next day. That afternoon she called me from her personal number and said the lab gave her a verbal confirmation that everything was okay(which I believe she was only guessing and hoping for the best because she told me they had a machine down and would have to rerun the tests). The next morning she printed out my results, took pictures of them with her phone and texted it to me, I asked her to email them as well and she completely ignored me. Our dog's problem persisted the next day and we called to see what we should do and she told us she would do another blood test because she wasn't sure what else to do (her words, not mine). They are only in it for the money, she has no concern for her patients or their owners.

So nice and really care about you and your four-legged baby. Needed her to board last minute for thanksgiving and my vet was full. When I explained the situation and my fear of taking her some where sketchy they made room for her! Thank you brained hills!
Started taking my small dog here last year. Even though he is only 7 lbs. he can be a hand full to work on. Dr Haddock is 'GREAT' - patient, caring and a very good Dr. I also started using their grooming service. He doesn't like his feet worked on. When I took him to other groomers there were several times I noticed his nails were not trimmed after grooming. His nails are always done here and also rounded out smooth. No split and scratchy ends. Would highly recommend.
Good people here. Very considerate of all your pets' needs. Haven't had a bad experience with them and we've been talking our long haired Dachshund there for three years now.
