Even if you don't read anything else: know that I have contacted this place SIX times asking to speak to the owner and not one single time has anyone replied to my voice mails. That alone should tell you how careless this place is.
Best place to bring your dog when you need to. Very affordable - we can pay for overnight boarding, daily doggy daycare, and a bath and nail trimming all for less than anywhere else charges for boarding alone. Highly recommend these guys!
-I have attached pictures from the day I picked him up & from today (a month later). His hair has still not grown back & the wounds are healing thanks to medicine the vet prescribed and daily application of triple antibiotic ointment. Not only did I not get money money back, but I had to go and spend more money to ensure his wounds wouldn't get infected from this disgusting place. It looks to be run by a group of elderly people & what looks to be their teenage grandchildren (hence the carelessness of not noticing the blood on my dog when they came in to feed him). I won't even go into the rest of the story because this is pretty long already, but just know that this place is a joke & the BBB should be contacted.
-Not only is the place run down, overcrowded & DIRTY, but they also failed to mention that when they board dogs, they don't let them out of their runs AT ALL. (The runs are about 10 feet long and 2 1/2 feet wide which is pretty small for my 63 lb. pitbull.) That means my dog was left to walk and lay on gravel for 3 days straight. He smelled like he had been rolling around in his own pee for three days. When I picked my dog up, the young girl told me he was a bit energetic & loud this morning (uncharacteristic of him). I had to dig out of her what could have actually been wrong with him because those are two words NOT used to describe Samson. It wasn't until I was finished fishing for answers that she told me he hadn't been let out of his run at all.
My Shih Tzus are always happy to go to the Canine County Club! They are well fed and well taken care of!
-Not only do they not let boarding dogs out, but the dogs they "take care of" in doggy day care- I saw, WITH MY OWN EYES, stuffed into kennels (no bigger than a travel crate). Specifically I saw two big huskies forced to share one kennel just because they have the same owner. THIS IS NOT OKAY.
My dog attends daycare here everyday while I work. He gets out of the car so excited to go play and I know he is being well cared for!!
-HERE IS THE KICKER: I got home & checked my dog out for any injuries he might have sustained. Most notably (though there were others) the tip of his tail was covered in both dried & fresh blood from wounds along his tail. In one concentrated area, it looked like his tail was pinned under a fence. The surrounding area was not AS deep, but looked it had been gnawed at: likely from the dog in the kennel next to him since his tail was probably through the fence.
My dog loved it as much as I thought she would. Everyone there is nice and I liked the set up. Readorable prices and I will use them again.
