Hardworking wait staff. Great ambiance.
My Husband and I are from Chattanooga and we have lived in Nashville for the past 6 years. Every time we come home we always stay near Hamilton Place. His cousin told us about the Foundry for drinks and live music so we went. I can tell you we had a ball. The hotel it self was very presentable. The entrance was inviting and then turning the corner, The Foundry. The live music sounding so good we didn't want to leave. We ended up spending way too much because we had a great time. Our server was on point with everything. The hot chicken we had was HOT but good and cooked well done...how I like it. Overall I can say We will not stay near Hamilton Place when we come home anymore. So get to know the Clay couple Chattanoogan Hotel and The Foundry because we will be back!!!! Thanks for a great time back home!
When searching for a hookah bar in Chattanooga google offered this lounge and having planned our evening around a nice hookah we were sad to discover this is not at all a hookah lounge. I hope someone did not create this Google listing for this establishment and falsely input that they offer hookah becuase I don't know why else Google would think they offer hookah at this location.
THE FOUNDRY IS AMAZING BEST PLACE IN TOWN
We meet a group of friends for drinks and random food. They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with our group of 12 or 14 plus a couple other tables of 2. One waitress and one bartender, which should have been plenty especially given that the bartender was helping out on the floor. Once we did get orders in, service was pretty quick and the food came much quicker than expected in this type of situation. We have the pork nachos and they were good and a decent value. Other folks in our party for a variety of food and all the dishes seemed to be winners.
