Racist Employees, Horrible, made us wait 3 hours for a car that wasnt even going to be there for another 2 days
I love the discount if I pay for the car then and there on the website! That was cool. I don't like that they charge a deposit to your card...that pushes the price tag up on the rental-if I were going on vaca, then that would have been less money to spend! But I do LOVE that AVIS is a Union business!!!
Charged me nearly $300 for their tire going flat. I was stranded in the rain with a child on the side of the road for 2 hours. Told me they would take care of it never mentioning I would be charged for the maintenance of the vehicle. Horrible!!!! Left a great review thinking they actually dud take care of their problem, just got hit with the bill.
They change their policies/fees with every different person that works. Be prepared to be leaving there with no car.
Not a bad time. Picked up my reservation, dropped it off. Simple.
I guess overall, AVIS is better than enterprise.
