the clothes are nice but the store is so confusing. The layout by far the worst i've ever seen. And it seems as if the staff doesnt even know where things are.
By far one of the best Forever21s to shop at- have heard other customers complaining that the store is a mess but in relation to similar stores of the same size this one is extremely organized- staff is always friendly and if you ask for help finding something they will walk with you to the area it's located in and help you find it (no they don't always know exactly where it is but can you expect them to know every single items location in this massive store?) I give it 5 starts and I will always shop here.
Store is a mess. Employees are the worst. Stood in Line until someone finally came up. Another woman was behind me. The young woman at the register (who was African american) told me I was "standing in line wrong" and told the lady behind me (also African American) to come ahead. I told her I was there first. She smiled and ignored me. I threw my stuff on the ground and walked out. Rude af
I kind of feel lost and out of place being in this forever 21 location. It's hard to find what you're looking for but when you find something, it's a good price. Kind of got to expect it won't be A+ quality for the price but it's perfect for trends. Staff doesn't really seem like they want to be there.
Hate it! Went in there to exchange some pants for a different size and when I looked into the bag the lady put the same pants I wanted to exchange in the bag now I have to take a double trip back !
