Super helpful staff and a most pleasant experience!
I went into the Hixson BB& Beyond yesterday to return a SHARK vacuum that had a faulty button. The front desk could not have been nicer nor more responsive in trying to help. While I was there, I thought I would shop for new pillows. With so many choices now, it was hard to decide, but the staff was very helpful- even though they were INCREDIBLY busy. A special shout out to TY for being especially helpful. Love their 20% coupons and free shipping online!
