I purchased a pair of shoes a while back that ended up having a staple inside of the shoe that started wearing on my foot. I took them in and explained the situation, the sales representative (Sheena?) saw the staple and quickly exchanged them for me with no issues. Great experience! Nice, quick, and understanding.
My favorite place to buy Clinique makeup. Everyone here at the makeup counter for Clinique, they are always so nice and professional and extremely helpful. I would not go anywhere else to buy my makeup products.
Its pretty funny to watch how they follow you around & treat you like a thief..lol my kids were even laughing about it. Other Dillards don't act like that but this one at Hamilton Place does.

It is a good store prices are in higher end but the products available are also quality and higher brand products. During Thanksgiving it is worth visiting the store for some great deals. Good customer service.
