A little pricey. Quality products
Debbie was very sweet and helpful. She informed me about some products in another department, and I ended up getting 3 of item.
Called to ask a simple question. Got voice recording to leave my number to be called back. Waited 40 minutes and called again. Same. Called and asked for manager. Same recording. Very bad customer service!
Store doesn't answer the phone. Tried 3 different departments. Even tried manager. Managements calls went to voice mail. The others rang until the line disconnected on me. Pitiful customer services.
First off, delivery is done by a third party that has nothing to do with Sears other than delivering the item and that is one of the number one issues I have seen in reviews. STOP BLAMING SEARS FOR IT. Second, I rarely ever have any problems with services rendered by Sears and when there is management takes care of it right away.
