I was here the other day , this child was throwing a tantrum in the toy isle.. The lady disciplined the child an employee saw the lady discipline the child and proceeded to call security . The security guard ended up calling the police on the poor woman. THAT IS NOT OK WALMART!! If a parent has to discipline their child , STAY OUT OF IT! Parents should have the right to discipline their children! PERIOD!
This store is awesome. Clean, wide aisles, friendly associates! A dept manager walked me to items in hardware, celebration, and grocery; I found this wonderful person in the grocery department. Found everything I was needing,I will be back again and again. Only thing needed to be perfect is price scanners for price checks, signs there, no scanners. This wonder associate helped me check my prices too.
The Cummings Hwy Walmart at times feels like shopping at a failing KMart and on the best days, a mediocre Walmart. The beer selection is poor at best, the store is poorly stocked, and the store is poorly organized and cleaned. Never enough registers are open so expect to use the self-checkout lanes a bunch. It is what one expects when going to a poorly managed store. The only reason it stays open is that it has a captive shopping base with hotels nearby and no other grocery stores other than this for the locals.
Getting better. For a while, empty spots on shelves = poor inventory management which is so unlike wal mart. However, Few checkouts open and the push to make you use self checkouts. Customers do the checkout work, Walmart saves on payroll, and customers do not get any discounts.
Of all the walmarts I have ever been to this one is far by the worse. I just moved here and every time I come in the employees are rude and just plan don't care! The assistant store manager shouldn't even be working in retail. No respect for their customers. And it wasn't even me that had an issue. Lord forbid if I do cause no one at this location cares!!!! Worst walmart ever stay away!!!!
