I placed an order online for delivery on my wife's birthday, I scheduled a delivery and got a confirmation number of 33411. I waited for my wife to call and let me know that she got her flowers (it was a surprise), but never heard anything. I called the florist and left a message, but I never got a return call. I tried calling several more times the next day and still haven't received a call back (it's been 11 days as of Oct. 17th, 2016).
I love the way the way that Mr. Michael give customer service to the customers. He's very polite and kindhearted. If you put your order in he'll assure you when it would be ready for pickup.
Very bad experience. I wish I had read other reviews before I chose them. I ordered online (and paid) and when the flowers did not arrive I began calling the shop. No answer. Left a message. No return call. Called several more times until the end of business and no answer. Never got a return call. No flowers were delivered. Very poor business practice. Don't use these people!
