I have a small floral studio in Carver, MN and am not affiliated with any of the wire services. When a friend in Denver called to see if I could arrange to have flowers sent to her mother at Erlanger North, I said I would try to fine the best florist in Chattanooga to serve her. The first hurdle was business hours. The call came to me on a Saturday, late morning. The customer wanted flowers delivered that day or the next (we're talking Saturday or Sunday delivery) because the patient was going home on Monday. Killian Daisy was the only shop that answered their phone on Saturday, and assured me of a Sunday delivery. While they did not offer a florist to florist discount (therefore I made nothing for my time on the transaction), most important to me was serving the customer. I received a call from the customer today. She had decided to fly to Chattanooga to be with her mother, and was looking at the arrangement as she spoke. She said it was beautiful, unique, interesting and that I could feel comfortable using this florist for any other business I might have in Chattanooga. Thank you, Killian Daisy, for making us look good!!

Best customer service around, I would give them 10 star if I could. Kathy and Angie are the nicest person to go to if you need anything. I contacted them for a same day delivery funeral viewing and Kathy came back after working hours to deliver the arrangement because the viewing was scheduled for a later time than her weekend hours. These ladies are very polite, sensitive and extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding costumer service and how personal and diligent they were. They really go out of their way for costumer satisfaction. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your southern hospitality is highly appreciated. You were above and beyond what I expected.
