Highly disappointed! I called and placed an order early in the morning. I told the lady I wanted bright orange roses, bright pink mini mums, daisies, carnations and full greenery. Just like the picture of an arrangement I named on the website. I also asked if it could be placed in a vase I'd seen that had Happy Birthday on it. I was told "Sure, it can be done as a Florist Special." When the recipient received the arrangement, it was a simple dozen roses in a plain glass vase! I called to see what happened. I was told that was what the order said. I explained that was not what I HAD ORDERED! There was no apology, sorry for the confusion....NOTHING! I later found out that the florist had called the recipient TWICE before making the delivery. For future reference, You should NEVER call the recipient before making their delivery! It really defeats the purpose of a SURPRISE! Which, by the way, is usually the reason most people pay the extra money for a delivery! I will not be using this florist again!!!

I order a get well bouquet and it was delivered In a timely and professional manner. The bouquet was beautiful, it looked even better then the picture on the website. I would definitely recommend Joy's flowers to everyone.

At Mtn. View Nissan, Joy's has been our florist for over 3 years. Whenever I have called on them for flowers it is ALWAYS OVER THE TOP! Great customer service! Always have told me what to expect with deliveries and offered great suggestions.
