I love the pace of the workouts and how each class is different. The instructors are awesome and the atmosphere is fantastic. I love the ability to relieve stress by punch and kicking after a long day of work. I always feel great after my workouts.
ILoveKickboxing is an awesome class. I love the staff they are so nice, patient, and helpful. Everyone is so energetic. I started 3 weeks ago, and I am hooked it's honestly the thing I look forward to the most every day. If you're looking for a class to get you motivated, and held accountable look no further. Went to my first class yesterday and good lord, it was not what I was expecting. It was amazing and fun and everyone there was awesome. The time went by so fast. Not gonna lie, I got a little faint during the warm up (working toward NOT getting like this). You don't even realize how good of a workout you got until you go home and can barely walk up your front steps. Can't wait for my next class tomorrow!
This place is awesome! I'm not one to keep up a workout routine, but I've been going 3 times a week for the past 3 months, and I feel great! The instructors always have smiles on their faces and genuinely want you to reach your goals. They have fun activities to keep you involved and coming back including DJ night, which I love! I'm so glad iLoveKickboxing came to Chattanooga! I'm excited to keep going and reach my goals!
