Employees are friendly, helpful, and are constantly being trained. They don't just recommend the most expensive products. I have usually asked questions of Ed, Seth, and Mary Ann.
They have always been kind and helpful to me. They've ordered products for me, called me when out of stock items came in, and even told me what store might carry items they don't stock. That's customer service!
Ed Jones, the owner, is extremely well informed and constantly studying and personally investigating manufacturers to be sure he has the best products for their customers. I think he has been in this business since 1979.
It's great place and the staff is always helpful in giving information on any this you have a question about.
