Infrared Sauna pods in your own private room! What a fabulous way to detox and relax simultaneously. This sauna studio has a really clean, trendy, rustic chic vibe-inspired by the Scandinavian origins of the sauna concept. There's also a cold room & a shower room as well. I bought a 3 pass for $55. Staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I recommend bringing in your own earbuds/music until they install the music system, which prob will be soon. They just opened last week. Highly recommend the new Sisu Sauna Studio!!!!!
I have fallen in love with this place! I did the whole30 challenge in January, and I came here to help further my detox. It was such a nice addition to my whole30 experience! The staff has been so friendly each time I've been in!

Relaxing atmosphere, knowledgable and helpful staff, gorgeous interior, and the best part-it's private! Sauna in the comfort of your own pod room and leave feeling refreshed after recovery in the cold room. (or the cold plunge pool if you're up for that.) Loved my experience here.
We had 30min sweat session Friday after work, very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Accommodating and fun staff. Looking forward to next session, sweat and massage! ;-)
