I have been to several yoga studios in Chattanooga, and I am both plus size and at a beginner level, and I have to say they are so kind and super helpful. They make you feel comfortable at any level/size and that is SO APPRECIATED. There are also plenty of experienced yogis in the class as well, and they never make you feel inadequate. Beautiful studio, beautiful people, amazing teachers than genuinely care about you and your well being. Six stars if I could!
