Used to be one of the best in Chattanooga but not anymore. Also, it's nasty and dirty! I literally saw the owner gnawing on a corn cob slobbering on it and never washed her hands before working on another customer..... don't go here!
This business used to be good until An and Tony left. The new owners don't know how to run this place it's so dirty. They have junk laying around. My nails chipped off after only 2 days of having them. The owners tells everyone that the old owners moved to Alabama, but I go to school with the previous owner's son and he's still here. I will not be coming back.
Horrible!!! It has gone way down hill since the previous owners left! Won't be back. The staff is rude and act like they can't speak English!
Always short staffed and the new owner (lady) is ridiculously rude and does not do a good job. The tv/music selection is loud and they play same thing all the time. Need to find a new place because it only gets worse.
This place use to be AMAZING! I started seeing new faces, which is a good thing. But lately when I go in they always tell me "she/he off today". The atmosphere is completely different, no one speaks English and my nail polish flaked off the very next day, and I'm not saying chipped. The sad part is that I called a number of times (5xs) the following day and had gotten no response. I decided to walk in and I explained the situation and they wanted to charge me $10 to fix what should've been done right the first time. I'll NEVER go back again.
BEWARE! A close family member went to this salon and caught a really bad nail infection, her finger is 3 times normal size and the nail bed has turned colors. I advise you to drive further down the road and go somewhere else. It will save you a ER trip and hospital bill. Very unprofessional, the lady kept talking about her problems while doing her nails. Nobody wanted to hear all your problems! She wanted to relax and get her nails done!
