There were only 2 guys in front of me and 4 stylists, but I waited an hour for my haircut -- so long that the store closed. They locked the door and finally it's my turn, but the guy after me requested this stylist, so she asked me if he could wait. I decided I was cool with that, though peeved I had waited so much longer than this other customer. The others were nearly done anyway, so I figured they were about to get to me... but I waited for around 15 minutes. They gave me a haircut -- looked good. Afterwards they gave me a coupon for a free haircut. I appreciated that and figured the wait was out of the ordinary, so I moved on.
Today: I only had one person in front of me, both of us having checked "next available" stylist. The first stylist finished, then the next. After the first one cleaned her station, they took the guy in front of me. Then the two last of the 4 stylists finished their haircuts.
I had waited 40 minutes since I got there, the last guy waited like 5. His experience was probably phenomenal, but I'm over waiting nearly an hour for a haircut that will be done in less time--especially when there's not even much of a line in front of me. I will not be returning.
My overall experience was good. I felt like the stylist was new(ish) but she had plenty of support from her colleagues. The wait time was short and the hair cut was great.
Cassidy is the best! She is professional and does a amazing job everytime we use her!

I'm picky when it comes to my hair. At first I was nervous about getting my haircut at a new place since I just moved in to the area. My stylist listened to me and double checked to make sure what she was doing was what I was what I really wanted.
The next time I came, there was no one in front of me but it took more than half an hour before someone got to me. I wasn't really annoyed until today happened.
These ladies give decent haircuts -- but the waiting time is ridiculous and chronic. I'm so upset I'm going to tell you about my last 3 visits to this store:
