Went in for a short extension cord. They didn't have exactly what I needed so asst. manager Chad went above and beyond by literally making the exact length right there on the spot!
Feels like an Old World local hardware store every time I go. The entire staff is excellent. One young man is always so patient, kind, & professional.
This is a great little hardware store. They usually have the best plants for the gardening season and they carry good brands. The front area of the store is set up pretty nice. the back areas get a little chaotic, but its a pretty cozy store. It's in a super convenient location in town, and the customer service is usually pretty decent. Most of the people there know what they are talking about, and if they can't answer a question, they'll point you to someone who can.
The staff are very helpful.
