If you take away anything from this, go use the Hixson location (their staff is nicer to deal with).
Called back and asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold, waited 9 minutes on hold, cashier picks up and says the "manager" is busy.
My husband was refused a refund today with the manager stating it had been over 90 days, when in fact it has been 85 days. The only reason we were returning the $8 gauge is because it was a duplicate gift. The cashier and manager refused the return. My husband left and then called the store to make a complaint and ask to be removed from the mailing list. The manager then told him "We aren't sorry, because we're not wrong," and then hung up on him. My husband is mild tempered but that made him furious for them to treat him like he is a criminal. He didn't ask for cash, just to trade it in for something he could use. Our family and friends will be told about this and I will no longer promote this business as I have in the past.
I've had other problems in the past, but this one made me want to leave a quick review.
I could go back and speak my mind and waste more time, but the staff is ignorant and it wouldn't help anything.
Good service and great tools at a reasonable price.
I called to see if they carried a certain item and was placed on hold. I called for the convenience of avoiding traffic if possible and saving my time from being wasted. I ended up driving to the store while on hold, walked in (cashiers had no customers), found the area I was looking for and saw they were out of stock, walked out of the store without a glance from employees (still on hold), got in the car and left. 15 minutes on hold and I hung up.
Great prices!! Decent service. Never seem to have what I look for. The one in hixon has more inventory than this one. But otherwise good little store. I've bought a predator engine and Vulcan welderMake here. Make sure you come in with a 20% coupon on their inventory sale to get the best deals!! Harbor freight has some awesome products, and some that are not so great..

The prices are great on many items, though be warned if you actually want quality products then HF may not be for you. The reason I rate this store three stars is simply staff related. I recently purchased an item that was out of stock, and had to make several phone calls and trips to the store due to miscommunication.
