Would give negative stars if it were an option...simply put I came out of surgery with more injuries then I went in with...their reply was to tell me on phone unfortunately things do happen but don't know what caused my injuries then they sent letter denying they caused my injury because nobody present during surgery can remember anything happening. Never again for me.
I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am for everyone who helped us out today! To list a few, Kylie was sweet, helpful and caring! Carter was amazing, nice, and super helpful as well! These two stood out tremendously! Thank you thank you thank you! Also a huge thanks to Terri and Shelby and Robert for being so kind and pleasant and helpful! Huge shoutout to Stephanie for a smile and her helpful and kind heart as well! I won't go any where else from now on!
I went to the ER and had to be admitted. Over the three days here I spent maybe 10 minutes with a doctor. I've been here waiting for the results of my last test which was done last night and was told I would be discharged afterwards. Well I've been here all day and still haven't seen a doctor. I said if I don't see one by 4:30 I'm leaving but that made no difference. I feel they saw who my insurance provider is and said cha-Ching rather than doing the right thing. If that's not the case then hire more doctors so people who shouldn't be there can leave!
My best friend was here n i.c.u and the doc's and nurses we're awesome they took great care of her. They r the best
My wife had a hysterectomy today...first of all it took almost 2 hrs to get her something for pain. When she got back in her own room then we were told that she could have the catheter out soon that turned out to be a lie so when we demanded for it to be took out they refused we done alil research and come to find out they were suppose to listen to her request they had no right refusing her request fast foward alil while...she finally has relief and wants me to push her around in a wheel chair that gets denied of course we are in a hospital prison...worse experience of my life I felt so horrible that my wife had to experience that as well...i wouldn't recommend taking a dog here let alone a human being...if there were a way to give it no stars I would...
