SO disappointed! I had ovarian cysts and they didn’t even do an ultrasound or check it in anyway! The doctor in the ER was SO rude!!! Never going back here!
The doctor diagnosed me with an ovarian cyst with not imaging like and ultrasound, talked to me like I didn't even no my own disease, and then the nurse argued with me that I wasn't allergic to the pain medicine they proscribed. She didn't change it on the discharge papers when I told her I was allergic and it is in my file. I didn't fill it because I don't even know if I actually had a cyst or some type of infection. I was really disappointed with the care I received.
Slack front-end staff, speaking before they think or even look in database for patient. Both front desk and security stated my mother was not here, when I knew she was before a third person walks up and says she is and they STILL REFUSE TO LET ME GO BACK!!!
Typical below average and poor care by Erlanger. Went in seeking a chest X-ray and they said it would be a week.
gonna be honest. it was pretty nice when i got their. but in the waiting lobby theirs not much to do to be honest. but other than that A+ experince!
