I would rate them as negative one star if I could. If you are a small business or if you do not have a large insurance policy, this company is absolutely terrible to work with. For example, I operated a small business and this company did not inform me that owners were exempt from carrying workers compensation insurance if they applied for a waiver. It ended up costing me over $3,000 that I would not have to have otherwise paid. They must work on commissions, because they did absolutely nothing to help me get the right insurance for my particular situation. They were only looking out for themselves and how much of my money they could put in their pockets.
