Have been great the last 3 years I have had them! Especially being so young...
For the past several years I have had nothing but trouble from this place. Every time I call, I am given either completely wrong information about my accounts, find out THEY haven't followed through with switching insurances or whatever I have asked, given absolutely NO information because they can't figure out their system, or simply haven't had my calls returned.u would warn everyone to stay away. I am submitting a formal complaintas soon as I am able, and currently looking for a new agent to work with. 10 years of being a loyal customer despite their crap, now I'm done.
