First, I should point out this place has two employees by the name of Peggy. One is about 5'0" tall. She is not only a go getter but amazingly handles the baskets herself.
Always Clean. On site management is very helpful, considerant, cheerful, and very professional.
The other Peggy has been disagreeable in the past but I have overlooked her since she's only there 2 days a week. I'll call her Peggy 2.
Excellent experience. Helpful and friendly attendant! Clean environment.
It is convenient to where I live and they open a 6:00 am and I can get in and out in about an hour which I like without having to wait for a machine and I can get on with my day is usually clean and tidy.
I asked for the contact information for the owners and she said she could not give me the numbers.
I recently had knee surgery and am on a cane for now. I went in (October 15, 2017) to drop a load and asked Peggy 2 for her assistance to carry to basket in. She refused. I asked if she could at least grab one side of the one basket and help me to put it on a buggy, and she refused.
There is someone there to answer your questions. It is very clean and neat. The employees are friendly and curteous. It is a fair price.
I have been a weekly customer of the drop off service for over two years and until today had nothing but excellent service and experience. I drive from brainerd to hixson to give them my business
