I am a property manager who had a emergency water extraction so when I saw that the website for Stanley steamer says they offer 24/7 emergency service I call them to get help. The guys answers I explain to him what I need and he says "sorry we don't have anyone available to do that, I ask him do they not offer emergency service like they advertise and all he can say is they don't have anyone who can do it not today, not tomorrow" So if in a emergency situation do not waste your time on hold with them as clearly they do not actually work 24/7! Stick to serv pro who has ALWAYS been there when we need them at properties, they may be expensive which is why I didn't call them 1st but they get the job done!
Had an issue in the beginning with scheduling the appointment, however the folks at SS were quick to get it resolved. Overall SS did a great job and I would use them again.

Kathy from the Lee Hwy location helped us set up an appointment for a carpet cleaning on a 1,500 sq ft townhome. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions upfront. Michael and his co-worker arrived for the appointment on-time and were very friendly. The carpets look great after they cleaned them. The total costs was $245 for the entire townhome, which consisted of a large great room, stairs, a hallway, and two bedrooms. This seemed to be about the same or slightly lower than most other quotes we received. We plan on using them for future carpet cleaning jobs and we would recommend using them to others.
