Our favorite place! We especially love the potstickers, soups, sushi, Mongolian beef, hibachi meals, I could go on. We often pickup take-out (which is yummy), but eating in is :-) The family that runs the place is wonderful and the servers are always great!
Rice Box always serves delicious meals! Our one year old loves their hibachi noodles with chicken. We love the crab rangoons, wanton soup, crazy couple rolls (best tuna and salmon roll in town), and their fried ice cream is perfect without being too much at the end of a large meal.
I went in for lunch to the Rice box today and the experience was horrible. The food was subpar and the chicken had a very tough texture. The food however was not the worst part of the experience. I arrived at 2:45 to catch the end of their lunch prices. The order was placed by 2:50 and I thought all was well. My bill came out and the total was twice what it should have been. The time the order was put into their computer said 3:01. They sat on the order until the prices went up and then would not honor their prices when I brought it to their attention. The manager and waiter that I dealt with were both horribly unprofessional and I recommend anyone that reads this to keep driving and do not let these crooks take your money!!!

Ordered Thai food and a sushi roll from the menu. While the service was quick, accurate, and friendly, the food was far from authentic. The thai noodles tasted like it was out of a supermarket box mix, the curry was super thin. The sushi roll was fine, but clearly is not their specialty. It's hard to tell what their specialty is - but it's not Thai or sushi.
