I booked 4 guys and a truck. 3 guys showed up. It went down to 2 guys in the afternoon until another showed up to get back to 3 guys. Good guys with lots of experience. Worked hard. They did complain a whole lot about the other employee there. It was uncomfortable. I got tired of hearing it. That was VERY unprofessional. Over all they worked hard and got done. I feel that the price was fair. I tipped them well.
Used Fox Moving and Storage for my move from an apartment to a residence. David Ottis's group did a great job. Nothing was broken, the movers were polite and friendly, and they worked quickly and efficiently.
I had 2 brothers and 1 new guy. They were great!! I would recommend them for any mobe big or small!!
I've used FOX moving a few times (3). They have great customer service when it comes to communicating, scheduling and follow-up. The movers are usually hard-working and efficient. I've only had one instance (the most recent time) where one guy seemed to be doing all of the work while the other slacked, but this is more of an individual worker issue than a reflection of the company as a whole. The other guy in this instance was so professional and efficient that he made-up the time as best as he could, basically by himself. So overall, it was a very easy process to setup, get cost estimates and packing assistance if needed. I recommend.
Great experience with Fox Moving in Chattanooga! I had gotten most of my stuff out of my old apartment before the two man crew arrived, so they only had the heaviest furniture and my laundry machines to haul. They worked hard and efficiently, and they took great care of my stuff. Not a scratch on anything! They even disassembled and reassembled a clunky bed frame and disconnected and reconnected my washer and dryer for me! Thanks, Fox Moving guys!
