Did an oil spill clean up for this company at one of their destinations in Houston, TX. That was over 7 weeks ago....we are still awaiting payment. I would suggest NOT to have any dealing a with Stan Howard, he's a liar and a thief. Does not stand behind his word and does not follow through with what he says will be done.
Their final price was more than double the quote. They liked to stand around and chat and they find loop holes to get out of paying for broken or damaged items. I used them twice (apparently I didn't learn my lesson the first time). The first time they broke a foot off my desk and said it was because it was so heavy - not covered. The second time my computer was damaged - not covered under their electronics clause. I thought at first those were just casualties of moving. Since then I've used 2 other moving services, and neither broke a thing. Clearly it's a problem with this company. They also push to get you to fill out the Angie's list referral before giving you the final price.
We moved 90 miles from GA to Chattanooga. 3 men arrived were all extremely polite. Worked VERY fast, wrapped each and every piece of furniture with blankets. Disassembled and assembled beds, mirrors without asking them to do so. I was told most loads done in 2 hrs, ours was done in 1 1/2, less on the other end. No damage, we had a good experience for us! Chris Delong we did everything to help you. the driver stayed in touch with you from the time he left chattanooga and arrived in las vagas, you could not get your house closed, we were going to hold it on the truck but you did not thank the house would close,you called us and left the message to unload in storage, your move went great saved you thousand,i worked every deal with you as i do all our clients,went over everything twice we are sorry you were disappointed,we have called several times and email you will not respond,
Do not I repeat do not use this company.... I used them today for my mother 12-30-17 for one they lied to me An said they where sending out two men as i requested..... that’s was a lie they sent 3 men.... an dearly charged me for it 4hrs= $575 I will never use this company again An will make sure they be out of business real soon. An also the first two hours they rode the clock ..... I own 18 houses here in the 423 area an I recommend two-men-truck for any of your moving needs.....hood is living up to there name (hood)..... look at there ratings now I understand.....I should open me up a company an hire some crackheads like they did....... screw this company
