This place has gotten worse since the company changed ownership. People consistantly park their cars in inside the building for long periods of time. They are never actively loading or unloading. Just parking inside out of the cold or heat. The doors to the climate controlled section are allows broke and left open. This allows bugs and other critters to get inside. The employees are not polite at all. You would think when they walk by you they would say hello, but they never do. All the while the rates have gone up. Not happy at all.
The folks at lifestorage hixson are professional, flexible, efficient, organized, informed and pleasant. Lisa and Spring are soooo good at helping customers find the right storage facility. They have climate controlled in all sizes and you can store boats, cars, kayaks, motorcycles and RVs in outside spaces-covered or uncovered. They rock!
