Everything went smoothly, but now nearly a month later I am being charged with a mysterious $150 and another $230 charge. Keep in mind these are "pending charges" so they may be reversed. If so, I plan to balance this rating out with another positive one. However, $380 overcharge is just not acceptable and on the phone they are not apologetic or explanitory.

A few months back I rented from these guys and had no issues, everything was great. truck was great. price was great. called several times recently and found out that the price jumped up almost 1000bux. spoke to several different people about trying to get me a better quote, no one would return my calls or email me like they said they would. was told several times that someone would email me a quote, never got it. maybe these guys should get with the program. NOT happy
