The company I work for leases all our trucks from here. The service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. We drive OTR and there are alot of service location's everywhere we go but they never FIX the truck. I had a break down the other day on the side of the interstate at 4:30 p.m. I finally got towed to the Ryder yard in Chattanooga at 4:20 a.m. and got another truck and it had a fuel leak went to get another truck and it wouldn't even start. So they have me another truck ( number 4 ) and it has a check engine light on but it runs. All in all I wish my company would go elsewhere for there trucks
I drive a fleet truck leased from Ryder. I am satisfied with the vehicle and the staff as well.
The truck we rented broke down twice on the Hwy. The Ryder company has no concern to help fix the problem that they created for my company. This set back will cost us thousands and to add the cherry on top we are still stuck on the side of the Hwy waiting. As I am writing this review it's been 3hr.
Always have to check their work not great
