Unbelievably bad service. Took 10" by phone to arrange hitch installation and trailer rental, then person "helping" me said her computer wasn't working and transferred me to person #2 who was unable to help me so transferred me to person #3 in scheduling. #3 was kindly but highly inefficient. No information transferred from one person to another. Took a total of 3 people and 40 minutes to arrange for install of trailer hitch and rental of trailer. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!
They are conveniently located and have a friendly staff. However, their long-distance rates can be high compared to their competitors and they do not offer any incentives to frequent customers. All in all this is a great store but I feel it is missing some of its potential.

This location was super flexible when our move-in got delayed by several days due to unforeseen circumstance. The staff was kind, and allowed us to return our dollies after the first day so we wouldn't needlessly pay for them. We only needed them to move out, not to move in, and would have wasted money while the truck was just sitting in our driveway for four days. Would definitely recommend! The best U-Haul experience I've had, and I've used them to move five times over the last ten years.
AWFUL! Called 2xs from ORLANDO Florida & made a reservation for a trailer 1 way back to Orlando. Detailed conversations, pick up date secured & conf # given. Drive 81/2 hrs to pick up our new vehicle. Very unhelpful employee casually informs me that they don’t rent trailers one way. Now I’m stuck in Chattanooga with a new vehicle & no way to transport & not one ounce of concern or assistance from this UHaul location. STAY AWAY
