Beautiful, spacious, and featuring many points of interest, Coolidge Park is a place you shouldn't miss if you're in the area. Ride the carousel, walk the park, have a barbecue, stroll a lengthy pedestrian bridge, and simply unwind. Lovely, and 5 stars if the parking or carousel we're free, although they are both relatively cheap.
This is such a nice green space for everyone to use. There are small nice walk ways and seating areas. It's close to some nice eating joints. Good Dog is one you would really like trying. Its close to the John Ross and Walnut street bridges. When the weather is beautiful, you really want to take advantage of the walk across and beautiful scenery. Enjoying the area and take plenty of pics.
It's an awesome park and recreation area, but it's in the middle of a city filled with and homelessness. I, personally, love the park because you go there to relax, play around with friends, exercise, and take photos. Great place for photography!
My family and I often head here in the summer to cool off in the fountains. Lots of fun. Beautiful carousel, events facilities, local events, super convenient to the cool vibes of Frazier Ave and all it has to offer. And the view of the bridges and river is beautiful.
This is a beautiful park with an amazing carousel. The splash pad is nice, but it seems to always be under maintenance whenever we visit. The views of Chattanooga & the Tennessee River are stunning from the park. The only thing this park is missing is an actual playground and swing-set for children to play on. Parking can very well be an issue too during peak times & requires parking fees.
