Excellent staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is user friendly. Atmosphere is cheerful and open. I'd never go anywhere else for my physical therapy needs.
Therapist is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. Really gives me a good strength and balance work-out. Listens to my input about my physical ability and needs. Receptionist is friendly and efficient.
I have osteoarthritis and was having terrible lower back and knee pain, as well as pain and numbness in my left wrist, hand and arm. Thanks to Miller Tallent and the team at Alliance therapy in Hixson, 8 weeks later I walked out pain free! It's been been over 6 months now, and as long as I do my exercises they gave me to do at home I am still pain free. I highly recommend them!
All the staff are very friendly & courteous. I love their water tank was wonderful & I wish I could go every day because it helped my condition so much plus increased my range of motion.
Jeremy is awesome. He makes sure each patient is given quality one on one time. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure patient and their families understand what each modality is for and what it accomplishes. He has a way of talking about patients interests while stretching and hands on therapies so that patient doesn't dwell on pain that stretching and hands on brings. This helps patient relax and let him have control. I would definitely recommend Jeremy/Alliance.
