Excellent Experience!
From the very first visit with Brandon I felt MUCH better. I came back to see him once a week, for two more visits. By the third week my back was perfect with no more pain. (Actually, I was pain-free in about 7 or 8 days but wanted to continue with a follow up). And, Brandon over-delivered every time I saw him. The time he took and the care he gave was well worth the cost, which was a fraction of what I would have paid the Chiropractor.
I was looking for a therapist who listened, who was capable of diagnosing my issues with posture and continued recovery from a tibial plateau fracture and knee issue following a ski accident. I wanted someone who could design a progressive program for me that I could do on my own but who could supervise me to keep me on track. Brandon is all of that and more. He listens, has an excellent knowledge base, and, most importantly, has the heart of a teacher. I have complete trust in Brandon and will continue to drive 2 hours to see him. In short, I could not be happier with my experience. His clients come first, and although many therapists claim to have that quality, I've found very few that actually do.
I had a persistent pain in my mid-back that would not go away. Just before being introduced to Brandon I visited a Chiropractor and was looking at a long term program — something like three visits a week for months — and a LOT of money, to fix my problem.
I recently had the privilege working with Brandon at Athletic Edge and I cannot say enough about his service.
I would highly recommend working with Brandon at Athletic Edge to anyone suffering from pain. He takes a holistic approach to movement and recovery and is by far the best physical therapist I have worked with. Prior to seeing Brandon, I had been experiencing chronic pain in my inner thigh (psoas/adductor related) for over a year and intermittent pain in my lower back. Brandon took the time to carefully review my history and assess my current movement patterns. He developed a custom program to help me correct muscular imbalances and movement deficiencies. Brandon also used a range of techniques to help heal and unlock tight muscle tissues (e.g., cupping, dry needling, myofascial release).
By far the best physical therapy practice, they provide dedicated one-on-one treatment
Thank you Brandon for fixing my back! You are the best!
One last thing. I have been to physical therapy before, in a room with 10 other people and very little personal attention to your problem. This is not that. Brandon is in a small, personal facility and all care is ONE ON ONE. I'm kind of a private guy, and don't like to exercise in crowds, so this was really important to me.
Brandon was very personal and listened with interest to my entire story (not an easy thing to do!). From day one, I felt like it was important to Brandon that I got better while under his care. I cannot say enough about his kind, easy-mannered approach and his excellent skill and knowledge level.
I went to him for my shoulder because of a Olympic Weightlifting injury that was bothering me. He helped me define the problem and gave me great solutions to help heal the injury quickly. Highly recommend.
If you need help, I HIGHLY recommend Brandon at Athletic Edge PT.
